We offer buyer and seller representation for both commercial and residential real estate. Our website provides access to local listings from CWTAR, TVAR, and Realtracs as distributed by MLS GRID, information about regional communities, and details about our agents. - User Eligibility
Our services are not available to minors (individuals under 18 years of age). By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. - Website Use
You may use our website to view listings, learn about communities, and contact our agents. You agree not to misuse our website or help anyone else do so. - Electronic Communications
and Transactions
In accordance with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. - SMS/Text Message Communications
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms or by replying YES to an opt-in request from our team, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Premier Realty Group of West TN LLC at the phone number you provided.
Types of messages: Property alerts, showing confirmations, transaction updates, and general real estate communications related to services you have requested.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with Tennessee law. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Realty Group of West TN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. - Listing (IDX) Data
Listing information on this website is provided through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) programs of CWTAR, TVAR, and Realtracs as distributed by MLS GRID. IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use, may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing, and is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed by MLS GRID. Use of the data may be subject to an end user license agreement prescribed by the applicable MLS. Some IDX listings have been excluded from this website. - Prohibited Use of Listing Data
Any use or search of data on this website, other than by a consumer looking to purchase real estate, is prohibited. Automated access, "scraping," harvesting, or redistribution of listing data, and display of that data on any other website, is prohibited. We monitor for such activity and report it to the applicable MLS. - DMCA Copyright Notice
